Fixtures for12/13 IPL etc/Iranian football questions...

Hello folks!

I'm a football traveller from Austria, and am planning to visit Iran in September.
I`ve got several questions therefore and would be glad if anyone can help

1) When are the fixtures of the Iran Pro League/Persian Gulf Cup and Azadegan League expected to be published?
Last year it's been on 5th of July, with the league starting at the beginning of August, so I assume it will be a similar date?

2) After the round-by-round/overall fixtures are out, in which time before the matchday will the actual kick-off times and exact dates be defined (concerning TV issues etc...)

3) Is there any common online source for 2nd/3rd division fixtures available (if in Persian I guess I'm able to translate it with google)? I'm sure 2nd/3rd or lower divisions will already play in the middle of September? Or are such fixtures only available in (daily?) printed sports newspapers...

4) Is there an online source for the 1st and 2nd round of Hazfi Cup, which I guess to be held in September as in the last season? When can I expect those fixtures to be announced?

5) Is it likely or "usual practice of the fixture's draw" to have a Tehran Derby Esteghlal v Persepolis in September/start of October? In the last five years it seems to have been... With a bit of luck this classic derby of course would be the jackpot of any groundhopper

6) Is there any possibility of the AFC Champions League quarter final of Sepahan (scheduled on either on 19th Sept or 2nd/3rd Oct, draw will be made next week) to be played in the Naghsh-e-Jahan Stadium? Will the ground be already finished for that quarter finals?

According to Wiki, there's only 4 football stadiums in the world with a capacity of 100,000 or more. They're in N Korea,India, Mexico, Iran.

For the amount of fans we have in iran, and tehran's population. We seriously could fill something around 150,000 OR more.
But I prefer we build SS and PP seperate stadiums.

لیگ دسته اول از شهریور آغاز می شود/ زمان بازی های جام حذفی مشخص شد

سازمان لیگ آزادگان با ارسال نامه ای به باشگاه های حاضر در لیگ دسته یک و دو، زمان برگزاری مراسم قرعه کشی و آغاز این رقابت*ها را اعلام کرد.

به گزارش خبرگزاری مهر، قرعه کشی رقابت های لیگ دسته یک باشگاه های کشور روز بیست و هفتم و قرعه کشی لیگ دسته دوم روز بیست و هشتم تیر ماه برگزار می شود و تیم های حاضر، برای تکمیل مدارک خود تا روز ششم شهریور ماه مهلت دارند.مسابقات لیگ دسته یک، روزهای شانزدهم و هفدهم شهریور ماه در دو گروه آغاز می شود و تا بیست و دوم اسفند ماه سال 91 ادامه دارد. رقابت های پلی آف هم روزهای 16 و 21 فروردین ماه سال 92 برگزار می شود. مسابقات لیگ دسته دوم هم از روز نوزدهم شهریور آغاز می شود و تا 22 اسفند ماه 91 به پایان می رسد. مسابقات پلی آف این رقابت ها هم در روزهای 16 و 21 فروردین ماه سال 92 برگزار می شود. بر همین اساس زمان نقل و انتقالات و تعطیلات نیم فصل لیگ دسته اول و دوم از تاریخ هجدهم آبان 91 تا چهارم دی ماه است. به گزاش سایت رسمی فدراسیون فوتبال، در نامه سازمان لیگ آزادگان به تیم ها آمده است که در قرعه کشی کلیه تیم های لیگ دسته اول و دوم باید حضور داشته باشند. شرکت در لیگ های دسته اول و دوم کشور مستلزم تسویه حساب کامل و پرداخت بدهی های تیم ها به کلیه اشخاص حقیقی و حقوقی و ارائه مستندات لازم به امور مالی، کمیته انضباطی و کمیته مسابقات است. در صورت عدم احراز شرایط فوق تا تاریخ 2/6/91، مرحله دوم قرعه کشی لیگ دسته اول و دوم با حضور تیم های دارای شرایط برگزار می شود. همچنین بنا بر تصمیم مسئولان فدراسیون فوتبال، مسابقات جام حذفی فوتبال هم از تاریخ 13 شهریورماه آغاز می شود و تا 29 فروردین 1392 ادامه دارد.

Start of Pro League: 16./17. September
Azadegan League draw: 28. July
Start of Azadegan League: 09. September (19. Shahrivar)
Start of FA-Cup: 13. September
