So in that regard Ansarifar is ahead of Daie , but Daie was a natural finisher and much better in the air, Ansarifar is much better with his feet.

but this duo will not match Azizi/Daie mainly because Azizi was much better than khalatbari is.
DAEI WAS THE BEST FORWARD TM EVER HAD, probably we never have any one like him ever again. comparing ansarifard to daei based on a pass he made OR his age is a joke!

60% of the goals daei scored was by foot i watched every game he played for TM since 1993!

    What?? :O lol
Aziz, were you alive in 1996 when Daie scored 4 goals in 1 game to South Korea?? (and Iran won 6-2)
That was considered Iran's first game after revolution where Iran became a powerhouse again in Asia! before that for 20 years we were on a break and none of the top teams feared iran!

Ansarifard is a very good player, but he has long ways to go before he wakes up a whole nation's football like Daie did that day in 1996!

Daei - Azizi were by far superior to Ansarifard - Khalatbari. I do believe Khalatbari has an incredible talent and room for progress while Ansarifard can also become a good striker but not a world class striker like Daei.

Ansarifard is better than Daei !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wonder what other bobmshell is awaiting us next ?

BTW: For people that are not aware , Daei started his football career quite late as he was focusing on his studies and university.

    This comparsion is maskhare.

At least now. When ansarifard scores
as much as Daei did, joins a big Club in Germany like Daei did, then we can start to compare.

    Same for Khalatbari/Azizi.

Future will Show. But right now: Definately No! Hands Down. Thread closed.

    Very well said.

It is too early to compare , but no harm in wishing them to be the best.

Take a chill Pill guys..Read the post before you misquote me..

I said , "AT THIS POINT IN HIS CAREER".. ( a little note some of you missed).. I put it in caps so you won't miss it this time.

This kid just turned 23 and scored 21 goals in IPL at the age of 22. and I wasn't even referring to his goal scoring ability.

Ansarifard at this point is a much better overall (complete) football player than Daie was when he was 22. Daie couldn't make a simple pass when he was 22. He had no speed (never did), had a horrible first touch on the ball and could not dribble past anyone if his life depended on it, his shots were far too often wild. He was great in the Air though. But Daie improved his game as he got older. But This Kid right now, is far more polished at this point in his career than Daie was.

You don't have to agree with it, and I don't really give a hoot, but that's my opinion.

Now all you Ali Daie lover boys can go on praising Daie's goal scoring tally, ..

60% of his goals were scored by foot? lol.. what do other strikers score with? their hands??

that stat (yours not mine) shows that 40% of his goals were headers, which proves my point that daie was great in the Air.

Yes I was born by then. lol so yeah I was alive.

but do you remember Daie playing football when he was 22?
    I doubt it.

I was at Azadi Stadium when Daie playing for Bank Tejarat had a game against some other team , before Perspolis game. (back then they used to schedule two games back to back in Azadi) Remember those days??
did you ever watch him score goals for Bank tejarat?
    I did.
