Euro 2012 - News & Predictions
At the same time that i'm anxiously awaiting our beloved TM getting into WCQ action soon, i just can't wait for the UEFA showcase tourney 2 start in a couple of weeks either.
There are some juicy match ups not 2 b missed like germany vs. portugal from the group of death on 06/09 ... or how 'bout them brits vs. frenchies a couple of days later ... sexy time
BTW, i say germany will go all the way this year ... they're just way too deep, young, and skillful a side.

I hope Italy and France turn up to this tournament. The fact that they went out so early in SA2010 was one of the main reasons it was so shit. I really want the best teams to make it to the quater finals ie France England Italy Spain Germany Holland and unfortunately Russia and Czech because of the way the groups are (though Russia were very exciting last euros).
Also can anyone else remember how exciting Turkeys matches were, they would leave it to the last 30seconds to get one back. Comeback kings. Hopefully another shock team will do this.

^This year's dark horses are Poland & Ukraine ... both are hosts, so they have the home field advantage ... both are lowest ranked teams amongst the 16 teams ... and specially Poland from a rich and proud footballing history. It'll be nice 2 c them knock off a couple of heavy weights just 2 make it a little more exciting

dont expect the so called "big" european nations to have a walk in the park. This Is europe, everyone is good. Anyone can win.

It's gotta be the year of the Germans after all of those 2nd and 3rd places in the past couple years, but who knows? We might have another team like Greece in 2004
