^We can always dream right? There are always surprises in Iranian football. Also, last I heard, his military service has been cleared so he can leave Iran to play abroad. This might be BS, as goal.com has been known to post in the past, but until I hear otherwise, I will hope he goes.

The thing about this article that is a bit fishy is that it says that his agent is Fazeli, but according to transfermarkt.co.uk, he is represented by another agent from Germany who represents a bunch of scrub players. Here is the source:

Did Karim change his agent recently?

Nothing is official yet but I have the utmost confidence in Ansarifard excelling in any foreign league and paving the way for Iran's young and talented starts to play abroad.

I tried google translate as my farsi reading is bad, but the gist of it that I got is that Karim is heading to Germany to negotiate a contract with a Bundesliga team. His agent is that Fazeli guy who also represents many Iranian stars, and got Ali Karimi in Schalke last year. Please be Bayern or Dortmund!! I had a feeling Dortmund would pick him up after losing Kagawa. I am excited To all of you out there who think I am a Karim Hater, I just give him tough love. When he makes good decisions like going to Germany, I am loving it!!

Go Karim, you just broke the mold of many strikers in Iran who could not develop, because they stayed in Iran. You are 22, and will hopefully have a long and fruitful career. Now let us get some more players in Europe this summer!
    eyval!
