It seems Foulad will not extend Majid Jalali's contract . Foulad has been in talk with others to find a replacement.

Jalali despites promises failed to satisfy club or himself. In his last interview he accepted realities of failure and expressed disappointment about results. He criticised his defense line specially his senior defenders . He did not know what went wrong with his defense line in last 7 games .
When a coach has only wonders and questions with no answers it's best for him to leave.

Most of Foulad players are under 23 with exception of few old defenders.

KameliMofrad, Omid Khoraj Jaba Mojiri, are over 30 years old and way past their prime.
They are experienced seasoned players but old and slow.
Despite their shortcomings Foulad had third best defense record up to week 25 .

Their LB & RB are young and did much better despite losing Samer Iraqi National player as RB.

Jalali were aware of age issue & fatigue at CD position but failed to recruit any young replacement.Only CD player he recruit was Karami a 30+ years old . At the end of season now he wonder what happened to his defense line.

Unfortunately there is no great young prospect at CD position in U21, U18 to replace older players for now. Foulad best young defender is U18 Vakia that play at RB.

seems like Arash Afshin Moving out of foolad . Maybe terakhtor or malavan for sarbazi reason . But i also heard that his military service commitment (MSC) was sorted out ,So i guess either Sepahan, Esteghlal , Perspolis, or Terakhtor.

Also Mohsen Mosalman Moving out of malavan cuz his MSC is over, he has a contract with Zob Ahan but on navad he said that he want to join other clubs Again im geussing PP , SS , Sepahan.....
