4-3-3 is my favoured formation, but quite frankly, the current Albion team isn't good enough in midfield for it. Even Newcastle with Shelvey and Hayden would be a bit of a struggle, Diame not so much. Kenedy and Ritchie could expect to play wide for them in a 4-4-1-1.
I hope Bruno plays for Brighton as his overlaps help a lot. 4-3-3 can be played in a handful of ways but I like it with a midfielder that is above the average like a Milner, Pogba, David Silva or Doucouré, the four that have given us most trouble this season.
Houghton and Rafa are from the same era as managers and are well matched for style.
