Agreed, especially people who said Amiri and Ahmadzadeh are bad players for Perspolis but ended in European leagues

Dorood bar Vahid va CQ. Vahid for working so hard and going to PEC for all the Team Melli trainings during the IPL season, finding an amazing physical readiness to complement his great tecnique and to CQ who fought to give us PEC and trusting Amiri when so many didn't!
Go Vahid!
Go CQ!
Go TM!
amiri doing well, turkish league is good, not the best , not the worst also
He was also in an amazing fitness and form during his breakthrough games with TM in the run up to AC 15...!
After Ando's retirement, he became the Workhorse in TM and i knew he will always have a place in CQ's TM so long his workrate didnt take a significant dip..!!
his style of play is still bit too direct for my liking and not particularly clever nor visionary ..!! but what ive always absolutely Love about him is his RockSolid Confident Vigure and Winner's attitude and warrior demeanor..! It doesnt matter if he is facing your typical IPL defender or Carvahal/Canavaro or fking messi himself, he would'nt give them an ounce more respect and would go right at them hard the same way he would facing anyone..!!
his very successful WC stint is further proof of the importance of Optimal Fitness and Stamina plays in order to stand out when you face the best players in the world at their ultimate motivation to play levels..!!
Ando, also came outa nowhere to make a name for himself in international football in 2006 by virtually similar fashion, which is by being the Fittest TM player at that WC..!!
I must say at his age, and especially considering the relatively rich contract he attained in the process, his transfer to Trab was the most Surprising and for me personally the Most Delightful transfer of this summer so far..!!
damesh garm ..... his 100% committed performance in Russia, az hame dige bishtar be man haal daad...!!
I was probably the #1 Amiri basher up to a few week ago! He's proved me wrong on so many levels. I'm so proud of this guy, I'm so impressed and honestly he's even motivated me!
They confirmed the deal half and hour ago. After a month of struggling Hosseini is a part of Trabzonspor!
We can have a merged thread with Amiri no?
Vahid Amiri & Majid Hosseini @Trabzonspor | 2018-19
Respect to Trabzonspor for coming through
a great move for both him and iran, he can test himself against some of the best players, like van persie and snijder
Just saw the pic of Majid Hosseini in a tabzonsoor Jersey of goalnewspaper IG please now add him to this thread!
Welcome Hosseini. I wish we buy Pouraliganji too.
Amiri is a working horse, he is very similar to estili and mahdavikia in terms of peeling off his own skin on the field
According to Varzesh3, Trabzonspor paid $300K-$400K. The reports are a bit confusing, one says $300K with future transfer percentages and the other says $400K consisting of $200K for transfer and $200K for future transfers. Anyway, its done and kudos to Trabzonspor and Esteghlal managements and to Majid himself for making this a win-win in the end.
Go Majid!
Hi Burak, I think PAG will end up in the premier league :)
I have a gut feeling that Hosseini can end up in a strong lead in the coming years. I think with 2-3 solid seasons he can show himself! Proud of this guy!
Thanks for the update I was wondering what the terms were that they agreed to....3-400 was exactly what I said earlier would be a fair price for young Majid. If all of this is true then hopefully we won’t be hearing any complaints from SS to FIFA or anything like that to create any problems....fingers crossed!
Say what you want about CQ but noone can deny what we are witnessing in sudden influx of Iranian players into European clubs is due to his upscaling achievement and giving personality, credentials and character to Iranian football.
Through his uncompromising organisation and tactics he has offered a crop of players with technical and no-nonsense resilience to the European clubs. In my personal view even those players that have had a little or no involvement with TM have benifited from the CQ era.
See the link below. It sounds like Esteghlal's GM Fathi is OK with this but he claims it is a lot more than $400K that Trabzonspor claimed :) Fathi also claims that 20% of the future transfer fees for Majid will go to Esteghlal. Basically Trabzonspor and Esteghlal managements are not saying the same thing but they both seem to be happy with the deal. There is definitely a lack of transparency and of course that's nothing new.
Esteghlal fans being very dirty towards Majid joining Trabzonspor. Some comments want him injured and never to return to SS
Guys, I'm a little confused, according to google the season hasn't started. Was that Trabzonspor played where Amiri scored a pre-season match?
^yup, a test match
Amazing!!!!
I’m so excited
I think he will be defender for AC Milan after this.
All is well. Esteghlal GM now says the total fees received by Esteghlal was $600K consisting of $400K transfer fee and $200K for development right (hagheh roshd) PLUS 20% of any future transfer fees. See the link below. I am happy for all sides. Esteghlal is getting a descent sum that it could use to improve its roster (Tabrizi is already on his way from Zob and there are other foreign transfers in the works), Trabzon got a great young defender who will grow better and stronger and Majid got a great opportunity to play in Europe and hopefully get a better transfer in a couple of years.
Maybe I am overly pessimistic but it seems to me the Turks are buying
Iranian players to flip them in a year and make a profit.
Don't see Amiri and Husseini having a career in Turkey.
Nooshe jooneshoon... it can be a win-win situation. Our players get to face tougher competition in a mid-tier European league, and then if they are good enough and a bigger league club wants them, they then transfer and our player has less issues adapting (after a year or two in Turkey vs straight from IPL), and the turkish team gets a profit if they can sell the iranian player for more than they paid for... what's wrong with that?
AZ Alkmaar does the same thing, they bought ARJ, he helped them succeed as their best player, made a name for himself, and he got AZ a big profit when they sold him... perfect scenario!
Realistically it's harder for our players to go to big European leagues straight from Iran, it's just been the common trend the past 10 years!
Exactly. The only way to change that trend is having a few of these players like JB performing well in top leagues which will re-open the European eyes on Iranian talents, similar to what happened after Daei, Bagheri, Kia era when the likes of Leverkusen bought 2-3 players directly from Esteghlal, or when Hamburg brought both Hashemian and Khatibi from IPL but nowadays we dream to have a single player in Bundesliga!
Still a long way to go, but it is doable. Need more youngsters packing their bags and taking the risks as ARJB did.
