Maybe i'm not explaining myself very well. I'm not saying getting rid of CQ will fix our problems. But keeping him won't fix our problems either.

Think about it. Lets say you take Sir Alex Ferguson and you make him QPR coach. What's gonna happen to QPR? Will they start winning trophies. No.
In football you will only go as far as your strength.

But in our football we constantly debate about should we keep CQ of should we let him go.

For once I would like to see Adel bring Kafashian and grill him on why our fields are still shit....

I agree, the point I try to make is, look how good of a coach CQ is. we don't have japan's star power, but we did win against UAE. that speaks very highly of CQ

our Football League/federation is corrupt. if we get rid of the rats and the people that are only in it for the money then we can easily reach our potential ( just like our Vball/Futsal teams) i would only agree with you if those people leave and we bring in new ones to replace them. then we can get a younger coach that is hungry to prove himself which will also be cheaper! then we can focus on Stadiums and training pitches. With the current people at the Helm of the federation we caanot.

there are so many laashkhors lurking in and around IFF looking to milk cash from it at every turn..!!

why do you guys think AK8 quit this last time around..??? it was for most part the same freaking reason ..!
he is never offered a contract, and so all along he assisted CQ for Free..!!
he had pull some strings (from Kashani) in order to come up with some money to give back to our players for their bonuses for making the world cup, but the money end up getting gobbled up by moftkhor, daUse like Nabi (Assadi’s predecessor) and since AK8 not having CQ’s diplomatic shrewudity and popularity he sees that this Corruption runs way too deep and decides to just up and quit and as he said it himself “IF YOU CANT HELP THEM, AT LEAST LEAVE, SO YOU DONT HAVE TO COMMIT KHIANAT..!!

Volleyball and futsal do not need large investment. You can have that success with 1/20 budget needed for football. What is the cost of a football stadium or a Multi-purpose salon? Corrupt dudes are around football because there is more money and fans around it.

so Einstein, I would agree with you we need to develop our infrastructure, BUT, a BIG BUT, do you rather see where that money is going i.e CQ pockets OR you rather see the money get wasted by the "payman kar" in iran for a projects that you are talking about i.e nagshe jahan stadium, TM camp etc......

I know you're a Karimi fan and that's fine but he's not some beacon of light. Karimi is a much more popular footballer than Nekounam and could exert a lot of pressure if he had wanted to. Karimi is a quitter and has done so nearly everywhere he's gone. Not once has Karimi had the courage to come out like Hosseini, Ando, Dejagah, or Nekounam. Instead, he just sits on his high horse and threatens to 'reveal all' but ultimately stays quiet in the end. He is undoubtedly the most technically talented footballer we've had but he's far from being a positive agent of change in our football.

for Years prior to CQ and Neku, Karimi has been the most vocal opposition voice to our Corrupt IFF ...!! he has been banned and punished one way or another by the bastards in our federation far more than any other player in history of TM football..! i don’t want to totally hijack this thread go through so many times in the past that he has single handily stood up for good of our football..!! but anyone who has followed his career knows full well, that while capable, he has given it all for the shirt..!
