Mashhad XI vs Karbala XI September 16 @ Emam Reza Stadium Mashhad

Finally the official opening game for Emam Reza Stadium in Mashhad has been announced, Mashhad XI will host Karbala FC on Saturday September 16.
It will be good to know the list of the players for both teams. Mashhad XI will field players born in Khorasan who play for local teams Padide FC and Siahjamegan as well as few from other Iranian teams.

Mashhad XI will have Mojtaba Sarasiyabi and Armin Rahbar as Team Managers.
Technical Director will be Akbar Misaghian.
Head Coach will be Mohammad Reza Mohajeri.

به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس از مشهد، تیم منتخب مشهد قرار است، هفته آینده در دیداری دوستانه به منظور راه*اندازی رسمی ورزشگاه مدرن امام رضا(ع) مشهد به مصاف تیم منتخب کربلا برود.

طبق برنامه*ریزی امشب قرار بود، این تیم برای کسب آمادگی اولین تمرین خود را در این ورزشگاه برگزار کند که به دلایلی کنسل شد.

این طور که گفته می*شود، رضا عنایتی قرار است، کاپیتانی این تیم را برعهده داشته باشد.

همچنین از محسن ترکی داور بازنشسته مشهدی، حسن کامرانی*فر و محسن فریمانی کمک داوران بازنشسته مشهدی نیز به عنوان تیم داوری این بازی نام برده می*شود.

Are emam Ali, Hassan and Hossein participating for team Karabala aswell? If so, i believe we'll have good chance of winning as i read somewhere that they're good at losing

I just realised one of Iraq's best Footballers is from Karbala. I am not sure if they will bring him out of retirement for this match. Afterall all the referees for the match and Reza Enayati captain of Mashhad XI are all retired, maybe Emad should play for Karbala.

Now that Enayati is going to play, maybe Khodadad Azizi, Reza Sahebi and Alireza Vahedi-Nikbakht should also play. I wonder if former Team Melli footballers Hossein Badamaki and Reza Haghighi will play?

Useless game I agree with you, however still better than their initial idea Honarmardan vs Khademan Astan Qods. If I was in charge I would try and organise for Iran national team to play a friendly against a European or African team, alternatively Padide FC to play the likes of Istiqlol Dushanbe (Tajikistan), Altyn Asyr (Turkmenistan), Dordoi Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), Pakhtakor Tashkent (Uzbekistan), Kairat Almaty (Kazakhstan), Neftchi Baku (Azerbaijan), Dinamo Tbilisi (Georgia), Pyunik Yerevan (Armenia).
