What happened to their complaint against Perspolis? Back in 2007-2010 I remember Perspolis under Parvin management had arranged a friendly with them, and suddenly due to unknown reasons cancelled the trip, this caused the Toronto club anger, followed by their complaint to FIFA.

I believe Persepolis was forced to pay a fine and the case was opened by the company that was organizing the event, the agents. They were the claimants, not Toronto FC.
