Suggestion : Proof read front page articles

Since the addition of Siavash to the Multimedia team, we have seen a surge of articles posted on the website. I applaud Siavash for taking the time and initiative to follow up on these articles periodically. However, we must make sure not to turn into another PLDC. I understand that such work takes dedication, effort and time especially involving translation of articles from Farsi to English, but there must be a standard set for articles on the front page. These articles are viewed by thousands of people and we want to project the right impression. To be completely honest, before even reading the author's name, you can tell whether its Siavash, Martin, webmaster, or Ramin(if i remember correctly) who has written it.

Granted, Im not one to brag about grammar or spelling on the internet, but I still think articles should be proof read and published professionally. For example, if the title contains amateurish language then this will discourage people from viewing.

This is only a constructive suggestion, not an attack...but rather an appreciation of effort, so if you have a rash comment please look elsewhere. The mods can also close this thread if they think this is unnecessary.
