Why I believe Mazloomi should stay !

We all as esteghlal fans want the best for our team,and even Sir allan ferguson is not too much for us........but, when decieding for change of coaching staff we need to be logical and stay within baunderies of possibilities and practicalities.
here are my reasons why Mazloomi should saty :

1-IRAN is the land of problems,and working in IRAN is not an easy task for any forign coach,specialy within first 3 years.

2-Options for a top class forign coach to come to IRAN are very limited.
.
3-Mazloomi ,or any other coach, need at least 3 years to prove what he can do, as other wise it would not be fair.Mazloomi should be given atleast a secound year.

4-Esteghlal needs stability, and jercking off, and keep changing coaches, is not good, we do not want to be like perspolise.
.
5-Mazloomi,had very little time to settle the roster last year,and he needs a chance to get what he wants, and by signing " Jasim Karar ", to make two Iraqi players signed by mazloomi,....he seems to know who to hire,and may sign even more intreguing players.

6-Comparatively speaking, mazloomi, has stayed away from " hashieh ".
.
7- mazloomi,and his brother,and Pourhaydari..seem be working great with each other.

8- Mazloomi, is a vetran TAJ ( Esteghlal ) player, and deserves to be given a better chance, by Estghlal fans.

9-There are no top Iranian coach replacement available ,who is far better than mazloomi, or good enough to take any risk of total coaching change.

10- mazloomi's record...secound in the league, secound only to Sepahan, who had a monopoly of talents, is not bad at all,.....The offense has been smooth, scoring acceptable...............deserving a secound chance.

I'm with you on that.
He has promised the league championships this year. Karrar Jasem is in, Hanif will resign, and there are some speculations that Farshid Talebi might join us. The management team has shown serious commitment to putting together a winning team. I think we'll have what it takes to win the title this year. Let the man finish what he started.

so whats the defense change? we need NEW wingers!!! Agreed about the wingers, we sure need a winger or two. However our defense were sort of swiss-cheese last year, giving up far too many soft goals. Besides, Pejman and Hanif do not have proper back-ups if they have to deal with injuries or suspensions. Farshid can be a very valuable addition to our team.

Hamoodi would be a wonderful addition to our team, I doubt however, if Ansarifar signs with eses. If he's not heading for Europe (which I sure hope he is), he'll end up in PP I'm afraid.

i wish shakouri would also stay.
we need to focus on DMs!!! i dont think our CBs are really that bad although they are not the best but still among the good ones in iran. its just that they are surrounded by poor players from all side. infront they have weak DMs, on the sides they have weak full backs and behind they have average GKs!

i think the addition of a strong physical fighter like andranik or even kazemi (he is getting old but hopefully he still has it in him) can help us battle more in midfield and cover ground and also add as a 2nd or 3rd layer of both attack and defense.

i really think we need ando. if we can get mehdy rahmati also, it will be ecstasic! :D

he was part of the Iran squad for Asian cup but he was the very last person who got crossed off. he did go to qatar with TM though. i don't know know if being selected by qotbi is a good thing or not. regardless, he has TM experience.

As far as I know, Karrar Jasem and Rahimi are done deals and the other ones are just speculations. Although I highly doubt if Ansarifard would sign with eses. Hamoodi and Ando however are quite possible.

Hmmm, that would be very strange indeed. I don't know if you have watched recent PP matches, but Ansarifard has been there in the stands as a PP fan watching the latest matches, which clearly shows were his heart belongs. Have you ever seen him go and watch EsEs matches? The only way he would move to EsEs is if the following sequence happened:
Daei is gone from PP+ He doesn't go to Europe+ Fatollahzadeh either drugs him, offers him unbelievable amounts of money or he's struck by lightning and suffers from amnesia ;) But who knows, maybe it will happen :)

i agree, i highly doubt ansarifard will become esteghlali. there has been indirect signs that ansarifard and perspolis interest in each other.

but the good thing is, first, esteghlal has good strikers and more importantly, there are other good strikers in iran also like oladi, edinho, castro, reza nowrouzi. so if esteghlal really needs a striker, they can go for one of these players if ansarifard is not available.

also we have to remember perspolis already has hashemian, arifi, hadi nowrouzi, so they dont need a lot of strikers either and if they sign any of the other strikers i mentioned (say oladi), then maybe ansarifard will be available.

lets see.. but i wouldnt count on ansarifard.

While it is only a rummer about ansarifard....yet I would not call it impossible........Ansarifard feels being waisted in saipa,....and ,would only be interested in Perspolise, if Ali Daei would be there.....which he may not be for lot of reasons......

Only if he can find a good goal keeper., the Esteghlal will be set !
