Ashoobi rejoins Persepolis
TEHRAN, June 1 (MNA) -- Kerman’s Mes midfielder Farzad Ashoobi rejoined Persepolis football team on Monday.

Ashoobi, who is accompanying Iran’s national team in China at the moment, agreed to join Persepolis with a two-year contract.

Ashoobi was a Persepolis member during 2006-2008 and inspired the team to win Iran’s Professional League championship after a five-year trophy drought.

Sepahan’s Jalal Akbari has also penned a contract with the Tehran-based team.
