New striker to be added after finish of IPL from Halmstad FC!

Remember for a couple of days ago i had a thread abute several Iranian sportpapers asking GN abute Swedish league and if his "contact person" overthere had an offer for GN to coach in Swedish league, and he rejected the rumor?

Well, he was right he didnt had any offer to coach there, but today I heard from my Bosnian freind (he is good freind with this player BTW) that a person from a Iranian club had a meeting with Halmstad FC's Ajsel Kujovic (striker) for joining the team after this season.

Ajsel told him the team was champions in Iranian cup last season and right now are in the top of Iranian league (SS)

I promised my freind NOT to mention this for anyone, but i couldnt hold it inside and want to share with you.

Bojan (my freind) and Ajsel and Emir (Ajsel's brother who also play in the team) are very close freinds, and Bojan are from Halmstad but he live in my city Uppsala for daaneshgah.

anywho..it seems like Ajsel have accepted the offer but its not final yet.
BTW, the person sent from GN is Reza Jabbari (SS scout)

wow..1.97m, thats huge even bigger than most strikers playing in europe's best teams!

would be amazing, specially in asia, he can really be dominant specially in the air with lots of crosses coming from heydari, manei and amirabadi...
his age is also quite alright, i would prefer a bit older, like around 26 to be more experienced, but i guess 22 is still fine, atleast he has a lot of energy and can run a lot.

i just hope he is mentally and psychologically prepared to play in iranian football, with all the hashiye, harsh criticisms, language and cultural barriers and high expectations out of him from a very early stage... we dont want him to turn out into another ducarmo..

like u said, he might not be the fastest of players cos of his size, but if his speed is good enough for asia, or atleast IPL, sure, why not?!

however, it says in wikipedia that since 2006, he has scored only 6 goals!!

Na dadash, Bojan (my freind) , have known the two brothers since second grade.

I told him to tell Ajsel IF he wants to talk abute his negotiation with SS-scout (Reza Jabbari) then maybe i can have his number from Bojan and fix a interview for PFDC.

Bojan told me , he going to call him tommorow and ask him if thats ok with Ajsel and then he'll let me know.

I'll keep you guys updated.

BTW, from the looks of it, it seems like SS count themselfs IN for the next AFC-CL as well, since according what Ajsel told Bojan, one of the contract
sharts was being a starter in 80% of SS games in the next AFC-CL games and the rest in the 18 squad + bonus for each 5 goals scoring.

in that case, if he has only played for feynoords youth team, i guess being just 22 he couldnt break into feynoord's A team and moved back to his old team? :whatta:

i still like thsi guy more than the previous strikers we brough to the camp.
he has a very good physique and is only 22. maybe we can even keep him for a few years and slowly integrate him into our team. its not like iran has a lot of good strikers, specially big target strikers.
if he has good potential, im totally up for investing in him for the future...

Ok, finally i got the chance to talk to Ajsel via Bojan's phone (he did not wanted to give me Ajsel's phonenumber LOL) so here is my little interview with him :

Me :Hello Mr Ajsel and thank you for letting me talk to you and ask some questions. Is it true a scout from Esteghlal of Tehran are in talks with you these couple of days?

Ajsel : Yes, His name was reza jabri (Reza Jabbari) and he told me he was sent on a mission from the teams headcoach to Europe to scout players for the team.

Me : Did he said what other european contries beside Sweden he was going to scout players?

Ajsel : hmm i cant remember all of them, but Albania, Montenegro,Germany and Sweden...is this interview going to be published in Iranian papers?

Me : No, i promise it wont, im just a big Esteghlal fan and just wanted to follow my teams new signings and know more abute them...is it final btw?

Ajsel : Well we agreed on the contract offer , but the medical test in Tehran and also
2 trainingsession with the team is also included, before the contract will be signed.

Me : Is it ok with you to participate in training before you sign?

Ajsel : at first it wasent, but Reza told me , they just do that to let their headcoach see the player and get to know his abillities, and that he allready told the crew in Tehran abute me and they are intrested..so this is no trial.

Me : What do you know abute Esteghlal Tehran?

Ajsel : Not much actually, but Reza told me they won the Iranian cup last year and also play in Asian CL soon.

Me : how long did they offer you to sign?

Ajsel : Its really not a good idea to tell this, since MR Reza (Jabbari) told me
there is a lots of Iranian papers who have reporters working for them outside of Iran and SS club dont want any publicity abute their scouted players until the contract are signed in IFF.

Me : Ok , i respect that..thank you for this interview, and i promise , this wont be in any paper ,..since im just a fan of Esteghlal.

Ajsel : Im very happy to join a team with so many nice fans aswell..lets hope everything goes well and you guys will see me in your team for the next season.

No im not making this up at all! Bojan , is one of his best freinds, and if it was not for him, then i would never have the chance to talk to the guy.
