Guys I like many of the fans i am not too happy with the way the team is playing but is Peyrovani the only one at blame here!!???
i was looking at some of the stats and there were some interesting stats which i came across:
This year Ghotbi was in charge for 14 games were he managed 6 Wins, 4 losses, 4 draws, points 22/51 which is points per game 1.57
Peyrovani has been in charge for 11 games and he has manged 6 Wins, 2 loss, 3 draws, points 21/33, points per game 1.91
you must also consider that since the first week this guy has been in charge a new manger name has been mentioned, there was a huge fiasco around the club Charmian changing,........... do you guys think the players will be as concentrated as they usually are under these conditions......i think u just have to take a second look at the results and notice that we have been doing better away from home than we do at home! why do you think that is? could it be that the fans are too inpatient?

i must say i'm surprised we got the 3 points from Damash i was almost sure we'd slip...
i don't know who to give credit to to be honest with you though... star-packed team or the coach? definitely not the management coz they've been anything but helpful...
and i'm with you on the fan issue... it's just ridiculous! someone i know who's involved in football in iran told me that every time a new club president comes in he'll bring in a new coach to make some money (not legally of course) of the transfer... i don't know how true that is but it's possible... and so they influence the fans to force the coach to resign in order to bring in a new coach...
please dont just look at the results.
we have beaten the last and second to last teams in IPL with one goal difference. Nothing to brag about really.

yea true... but i was actually expecting two ties from these games... can you imagine?! lol that's how low the confidence was...
right now i'm just really pissed at Toure for being so stupid!

I wish Peyrovani's team could've played one game like PP vs Sepahan, ZZ and even SS when Ghotbi was in charge.

My friend, hadi_ak jan_e aziz,
No one has anything personal against Peyravani, nor does anyone loves/hates ghotbi or had anything against him, but PLZ go back and watch the games we have played under Peyravani....PLEASE do that,,,then tell me how many chances are we creating per game, how many well worked out plays have you seen? how many of these wins are against top notch opponents, and also tell me if you have seen the team IMPROVE since the day Afshin Peyravani took over?
I wish Peyrovani's team could've played one game like PP vs Sepahan, ZZ and even SS when Ghotbi was in charge.
unfortunately, he is unable to produce such games, tactically inferior for that, and as much as Ghotbi was NOT a world class coach either, the two can not be compared, in my opinion.
We had few horrible games under Ghotbi as well, sure we did, but for the most part, even on days we lost some games, including in Ahvaz to Foolad, in Mashhad to Abumoslem, and in Tehran to Mes, the TEAM played football,,,,controled most of the match, created chances, able to force the opponent back into its own half,,,,referee mistakes, bad individual defensive mistakes and some amazing goals by the opponents were mainly the cause for our losses on those days, again I say that recognizing that Ghotbi as a coach had his weaknesses.
Against Payam in Tehran LAST WEEK Perspolis only managed 3-4 clear chances if that, with the leauge's bottom team actually having as much possession as we did on the 2nd half!

IMO Ghotbi was a better coach then Peyrovani.
One reason PP is getting better result these days I believe players put their best and even ready to satisfy themselves to rescue Peyrovani while it was not like that in Ghotbi's time.
This is only my opinion that i think players az jooneshoon maye mizaran for Peyrovani and whatever we get is from our players's side with no proper game plan and tactic.
Never seen Karimi run like he did against Payam and Damash, Bagheri in that muddy pitch was sacrificing himself .....
