اینو برای مسعود به فارسی می نویسم که اگر شانسی به این فروم سر میزنه ببینه و بخونه. و از همه ایرونی های دلسوز که فارسی می تونن بنویسن برای این بازیکن خوب ما آنچه که احساس می کنن برای تشویق این بازیکن بین الملی و تکنیسن ما بنویسن.

به نظر من مسعود بازیکن بسیار خوبیه و از نظر تکنیکی هم کم نمیاره. اما به نظر من مشکلش در ذهنش هست. مسعود باید ذهنیتش رو شارژ کنه. به نظر میرسه دوست داره بازی کنه دریبل بزنه و بدرخشه. همه ی اینها خوبه اما آنچه که در بازی هایش به چشم نمیاد اون ذهنیت برنده بودنه. تمام بازیکنان بزرگ و خوب دنیا همیشه از اون لحظه ای که وارد زمین بازی میشن می خواهند برنده باشن یعنی نه فقط بازی را ببرند بلکه تمام تکل ها دریبل ها و شوت ها و پاس ها را برنده باشند. اگر مسعود هم با این ذهنیت وارد زمین بشه من مطمئنم که خیلی موفق تر خواهد بود. من مطمئنم که همه این تشنگی برنده بودن را در بازیهایش خواهند دید و قدر دانی خواهند کرد.

در ضمن مسعود باید سعی کنه از فنون دریبل زنی بسیار خوبش به موقع استفاده کنه. همیشه در وحله اول سعی کنه توپ را به بازیکنی که آزاد هست در یک ضرب پاس بده. چنانچه بازیکنی در این موقعیت نیست آنموقع باید از دریبل زدن استفاده کنه تا خودش را در موقعیتی قرار بده که بتونه توپ را پاس بده.

Masoud will only last this season with Osasuna if he stops his typical mistakes...again the kid needs to learn how to look up the field...stop playing with the ball.....he makes big mistakes because of his weaknesses....

I'm writing this in Farsi for Masoud just in case by luck he checks these forums and reads it. And all sympathetic Iranians that can write Farsi for this great player of ours should write whatever they feel to encourage this International technical player of ours.
In my opinion Masoud is a very good player and full of techniques. But I think his problem is from inside. Masoud should charge his mentality. It seems like he likes to play, dribble, and shine. All these are good, but what is not noticeable in his games is the "winning" spirit. Whenever a world-class player steps on the field he wants to win, not only the game, but every tackle, dribble, shot and pass. If Masoud also enters the field with this state of mind, I'm assured he'll be much more successful. I'm sure that this thrive for winning will be seen and appreciated by everyone.
Finally, Masoud should try to utilize his superb dribbling skills at the right time. His first priority should be to pass to an open player in a one-touch fashion. If he's not in this situation, then he should dribble to create an opportunity for himself to pass the ball.
I hope that our dear Masoud and all of our legionnaires will always be triumphant.
