به گزارش خبرنگار ورزشي خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)، در اين نشست سه ساعته حميدسجادي، علي دايي، اصغر ملكيان، حسين شهرياري و حسين رضازاده پنج عضو هيات مديره باشگاه سايپا حضور داشتند.

در ابتداي اين جلسه سجادي مديرعامل و عضو هيات مديره باشگاه سايپا خطاب به بازيكنان و مربيان جديد تيم فوتبال سايپا، اظهار كرد: خوشحالم كه اتحاد و انسجام تيمي و حلقه همبستگي شما بازيكنان و مربيان، موجب تقويت روحي و رواني تك*تك اعضاي هيات مديره شده و همين انسجام مي*تواند تيم فوتبال سايپا را به قله*هاي رفيع افتخار رهنمون سازد.

وي تاكيد كرد: بدون شك با توكل بر خدا و ايماني كه هيات مديره باشگاه سايپا به تك تك بازيكنان و مربيان دارد و با پشت*كاري كه به خرج مي*دهد، اميدواريم تيم سايپا بتواند پس از هفته*ها ناكامي، بار ديگر با كسب امتيازات شيرين، به جايگاه حقيقي خود در رقابت*هاي ليگ برتر دست يابد.

سجادي همچنين گفت: معتقدم تيم سايپا شايستگي اين را دارد كه در رده*هاي بالايي جدول ليگ برتر باشد و يقينا شما بازيكنان هم لياقت و استحقاق اين را داريد كه با انسجام و وحدت تيمي، بتوانيد آينده خوبي در ادامه مسابقات داشته باشيد.

به گزارش ايسنا، در ادامه اين نشست علي دايي نايب رييس و عضو هيات مديره باشگاه سايپا خطاب به بازيكنان و كادر فني تيم فوتبال سايپا، گفت: ما بايد از اين پس فكر كنيم كه 15 امتياز از تيم سايپا كسر شده است و شما بايد از صفر كارها را شروع كنيد. با شناختي كه من از شما دارم، بدون شك مي*توانيد در بازي اين هفته مقابل تيم سپاهان پيروز ميدان باشيد و با كسب اين موفقيت، حركت جهشي خوبي را در راه پيشرفت داشته باشيد.

وي افزود: لازمه رسيدن به موفقيت*هاي بزرگ اين است كه گذشته را فراموش كنيد و از گذشته پلي به سوي آينده*اي بهتر بزنيد. برخي از شماها در تيم ملي جزو بهترين* بازيكنان بوديد و بايد نشان دهيد كه در تيم سايپا هم لياقت بهترين شدن را داريد.

دايي ادامه داد: معتقدم اگر خوب تلاش كنيد و به حرف*هاي كادر فني گوش فرا دهيد، با وحدت و همبستگي*تان، مي*توانيد تيم سايپا را از اين هفته به يك تيم جديد و ارايه دهنده يك فوتبال زيبا در ميان تيم*هاي ليگ برتر معرفي كنيد. اميدوارم پيروزي در بازي اين هفته مقابل سپاهان، شروع خوبي براي اين حركت باشد و با شناختي كه از شماها دارم، مطمئن هستم اين تيم مي*تواند تا رده پنجم ليگ برتر نيز صعود كند.

دايي همچنين خطاب به اعضاي هيات مديره سايپا گفت: من از هيات مديره باشگاه تشكر مي*كنم كه در بهترين زمان، ايده*آل*ترين تصميم را گرفتند و اجازه ندادند كه براي انتخاب كادر فني جديد تيم سايپا، وقت تلف شود و به مربيان فعلي فرصت كار داده و اعتماد كردند. همچنين كادر فني و تك*تك بازيكنان بايد به اين اعتماد هيات مديره لبيك گفته و با بازي*هاي زيبا و كسب نتايج خوب، پاسخ مناسبي به اين تصميم هيات مديره بدهند.

"مددي" مدير روابط عمومي باشگاه سايپا همچنين درباره آخرين وضعيت "پير ليتبارسكي" و دستيارانش در تيم فوتبال سايپا به ايسنا گفت: "ليتبارسكي" از ايران رفته است و اعلام كرده كه ديگر براي مربيگري تيم سايپا به تهران نخواهد آمد؛ او گفته است كه در آينده نزديك از سمت خود در تيم سايپا استعفا خواهد داد. همچنين "ياسپرت" دستيار وي نيز از ايران رفت و ديگر در كنار تيم سايپا نخواهد بود.

I don't think so !!!

The word is he was gonna stick it out until they sacked him and of course saipa were never going to do that. However, you will find that they have now come to an arrangement where by he will get a good percentage of his outstanding contract before he leaves !!!

I hope that is the case. To be honest at first I thought he was going to bring discipline and improve the promising team for this season but he has left the team in ruins and doesn't deserve a dime.
I wonder what will be the fate of Saipa vs. Sepahan this Sat.

IMO when looking to foreign coaches, our clubs should look at reputable coaches/assistant coaches from smaller countries. e.g. the various Yugoslav coaches (current Pas coach and Bonacic last yr for Sepahan).
I think we should look into countries such as Turkey, Russia, and even Greece.

I think it's time to look out for some world class country coaches like Netherlands or even UK.
our league is premier league and we're claiming it's professional.
so why not some really professional coaches from France, Holland or UK.

But guys there must have been something as well.
he didnt do good that's for sure, but something like he made the player run for 6km before the match and these thing are really fishy.
even in villages they know before match there should be a light practice.
Litbarski has been a WC champion and WC runner up, he played in Bundesliga and Calcio which are the two best leagues of the world.
I cant accept that he's done such things.
