A new look team has been announced for the WAFF 2008 championship. With an average of 7 caps and .3 goals , the team is short of experience and as expected , many senior players have been given a rest to allow Daei to experiment with new faces.

if ali daei never went to saipa the list wouldve been very better,,again sadeghi and golamnejad,none are young and are just wasting space
