خبرنگار روزنامه*ي ماركا اسپانيا كه به همراه كلمنته به ايران آمده بود گفت: كلمنته امروز پاسخ مثبت رسمي خود را به فدراسيون فوتبال ايران اعلام خواهد كرد.

يكي از خبرنگاران روزنامه*ي پرتيراژ ماركا در گفت*وگو با خبرنگار ورزشي خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)، گفت: پاسخ كلمنته به فدراسيون فوتبال ايران مثبت است و او نظر مثبت خود را درباره*ي قبول سرمربيگري تيم ملي ايران به ماركا اعلام كرده و در شماره*ي امروز روزنامه*مان اين خبر را منتشر خواهيم كرد.

وي درباره*ي زمان حضور كلمنته در ايران گفت: او قرارداد امضا شده*اش را امروز براي فدراسيون فوتبال ايران ارسال خواهد كرد و براي بازي بعدي ايران برابر كويت به تهران بازخواهد گشت.

فدراسيون فوتبال ايران اعلام كرده بود كه كلمنته تا پايان وقت اداري امروز فرصت دارد پاسخ كتبي*اش را به ايران ارسال كند.

Congrtaulations & condolences ( I tell you why after informing you about the news).
Irna & Marka newspaper announced today, just minutes ago, that Javier Clemente has agreed to coach Iran until year 2010. He is going to E-mail his contract in few minutes. This is the final and Clemente is Iran's coach officialy as I write these notes.

Why Congratulations? Well, we finally get to have a coach. The era of Iranian & Croatian coaches that destroyed our soccer and humilated us is over. With Clemente, Soccer will stay away from politics and can finally breathe and show the capabilities of our great nation to the world. With Clemente being our coach, Iran will definitley qualify and we also get to play big teams:bow:

But why condolences?Well, my friends, we were really desperate and finally surrendered to Clemente 's request to live in Spain and only return when our team has to play or practice. :mad: Well, this will cause a huge disagreement and fights between the coach and IFF in the future and that may hurt the morals of our team that is very sensitive. We saw what happened in WC 2006. I hope I am wrong and for the first time in our soccer life after ayatollahs, Kafashian has already made sure that there won't be any arguements in the future.
And one more thing I don't understand, why the contract is until 2010? Does this mean that our team will not have Clemente on coachin bench in 2010? Does his contract end and if we qualify we renew it? Well, we wait to have all of our questions answered tonight...
