Sepehan in serious talks with Werner Lorant

Warner Louran of Germany and Sepahan are in serious negosiation to attain Louran services as head coach for Sepahan. Louran previously coached Saipa, so he is familier with Iran football. As soon as, they agree on a fee and other related materials he will come to Esfehan. Do u know anything about him. Is he a good coach.

تهران IranSport.Net - محسن پورسينا رئيس هيات مديره باشگاه فولاد مباركه سپاهان اصفهان از "ورنر لورانت" به عنوان گزينه اصلي براي هدايت تيم فوتبال اين باشگاه نام برد. اين مربي آلماني براي مربيگري در تيم سپاهان اصفهان اعلام آمادگي كرده و "محمدرضا ساكت" مديرعامل باشگاه سپاهان در حال مذاكره و بررسي پيشنهادات وي است. باشگاه سپاهان اصفهان در حال بررسي ميزان مبلغ قرارداد و خواسته*هاي اين مربي در خصوص استفاده از دستياران وي است. سابقه مربيگري در فوتبال ايران را با تيم فوتبال سايپا دارد.

Ebrahimzadeh to TM, Luca is now a big name in Asia and his price went up and left Sepahan for more money In UAE I think.

Lorant basically prepared Saipa to become IPL champions. He is a very straightforward guy and will say it out loud if he doesn't like something. Also, as with many other German coaches, he is very big on discipline. He'd be a good choice imo.

No he didn't. He hung out for a few weeks, kept on complaining, kept making trips out of the country and left without barely going through a month of his contract with Saipa. He had the same problems with the Turkish clubs he coached.

He does not seem to be relaible coach. With the situation in Iran, he will not get his way and he probably leave again. So I say lets look for another coach. Bronco probably, but I heard he wants to stay in Europe (maybe dastgarmi bazi) or wants to make sure that he is needed in Iran.

ساكت براى مذاكره به تركيه رفت

لورانت در يك قدمى سپاهان


ايران ورزشى - در حالى كه بحث اصلى مربيگرى سپاهان روى برانكو ايوانكوويچ در روزهاى اخير متمركز بود، مديرعامل باشگاه براى مذاكره با يك مربى آلمانى راهى تركيه شد. محمدرضا ساكت بلافاصله بعد از اتمام تعطيلات، ديروز راهى تركيه شد تا با ورنر لورانت سرمربى آلمانى مذاكرات خود را شروع كند.
مربى سابق مونيخ ۱۸۶۰ كه در ليگ ششم چند هفته ابتدايى هدايت سايپا را بر عهده داشت، مورد نظر مسؤولان سپاهان قرار گرفته است. اين بار بر خلاف برانكو كه حتى مديران باشگاه زحمت يك تماس تلفنى را هم براى مذاكره با او به خود نداده بودند، ساكت براى مذاكره با لورانت راهى تركيه شده است.
به هر صورت در عرض چند روز گزينه اصلى در سپاهان تغيير كرد و بعد از آنكه برانكو در گفت وگويى مشكلات شخصى اش را مطرح كرده بود، مسؤولان باشگاه به فكر سرمربى ديگرى افتادند تا نشان دهند چندان هم محتاج

سرمربى كروات نيستند.
البته لورانت هم هفته گذشته طى گفت وگويى به طور غير مستقيم از علاقه اش به همكارى با اصفهانى ها خبر داده بود تا سپاهانى ها با انگيزه بيشترى راهى تركيه شوند.

عادت عجيب لورانت
ورنر لورانت مربى است كه از نظر فنى كسى نمى تواند منكر توانايى او شود. كارشناسان فوتبال آنقدر توانايى او را قبول دارند كه موفقيت ها و قهرمانى فصل گذشته سايپا را حتى بعد از حضور كوتاه مدت او در اين تيم به حسابش مى گذارند. اما اينكه او بدون خبر و هماهنگى با باشگاه در اقدامى شوك آور سايپا را رها كرد و به تركيه رفت بزرگترين نكته منفى كارنامه او در فوتبال ايران است. اين موضوع وقتى قابل تأمل تر مى شود كه بدانيم سرمربى آلمانى اين كار
را بعد از مدتى كوتاه در تركيه هم تكرار كرد.

او كه بعد از جدايى از سايپا به تركيه رفته و هدايت ارسيس اسپور را بر عهده گرفته بود، باز هم در اقدامى مشابه تيم اش را رها كرد و از ادامه همكارى با باشگاه سر باز زد.
به هر صورت سپاهانى ها در مقابل توانايى فنى، اين عادت لورانت را نيز بايد در نظر بگيرند. او سرمربى است كه نشان داده در صورت كوچك ترين كوتاهى در امكانات و برآورده نشدن خواسته هايش تيم را رها مى كند و كار را ادامه نمى دهد.

علاقه ساكت به مربيان عصبى
يكى از مشكلاتى كه بازيكنان و اطرافيان تيم سپاهان به خاطر آن با لوكا بوناچيچ مشكل داشتند، اخلاق تند سرمربى كروات بود. در طول حضور يك سال و نيمى لوكا در سپاهان، بارها به خاطر تندخويى بين او و بازيكنان، سرپرست، مترجم و حتى مسؤولان باشگاه درگيرى پيش آمده بود. حال باز هم سپاهانى ها به دنبال جذب سرمربى با خصوصيات اخلاقى نزديك به لوكا هستند. ورنر لورانت چه در آلمان و چه در ديگر تيم هايى كه مربيگرى كرده نشان داده كه بسيار عصبى است، حتى عصبى تر از لوكا!

شايد با آمدن او باز هم بايد شاهد اختلاف و حواشى بين بازيكنان و كادر فنى در سپاهان باشيم. به هر صورت محمدرضا ساكت نشان داده خواسته يا ناخواسته علاقه زيادى به آوردن مربيان عصبى دارد. استانكو، تاوارس، لوكا و حالا لورانت سرمربيانى هستند كه در يك خصوصيت وجه مشترك دارند و آن تندخويى است!


بصيرت: لورانت گزينه اصلى ماست
مجيد بصيرت سرپرست تيم فوتبال سپاهان گفت: مسؤولان پس از جدايى لوكا بوناچيچ، چند گزينه را مد نظر قرار دادند. برانكو ايوانكوويچ يكى از مواردى بود كه به دليل عدم تمايل به فعاليت در ايران، توافقى حاصل نشد.
وى ادامه داد: ورنر لورانت اكنون يكى از گزينه هاى اصلى است. مذاكرات در اين زمينه ادامه دارد و علاوه بر مربى آلمانى، چند گزينه خارجى ديگر مدنظر مسؤولان قرار دارند.
سرپرست سپاهان خاطر نشان ساخت: براى اولين مسابقه در نيم فصل دوم، كريم قنبرى برابر پگاه گيلان تيم را هدايت خواهد كرد اما در روزهاى آينده تكليف سرمربى مشخص خواهد شد.
وى راجع به شرايط سپاهان تأكيد كرد: جلسات تمرينى خوبى را انجام داده ايم. محرم نويدكيا تنها بازيكن مصدوم سپاهان است و ساير بازيكنان در شرايط مطلوبى به سر مى برند.
بصيرت گفت: با توجه به محروميت سپاهان از ديدار خانگى، براى رويارويى با پگاه امروز ساعت ۳۰:۱۲ راهى تهران مى شويم تا در ورزشگاه دستگردى با نماينده گيلان ديدار كنيم.

روند مثبت مذاكرات
ساكت پس از ورود به تركيه، استراحتى چند ساعته كرد تا با لورانت مذاكره كند. طبق آخرين اخبار روند اين مذاكرات مثبت بوده و اگر اتفاق خاصى نيفتد، قرارداد اين مربى با سپاهان به زودى امضا خواهد شد.
البته طرفين هنوز در مورد مسائل مالى به طور كامل به توافق نرسيده اند ولى يك منبع آگاه در باشگاه سپاهان خبر از قطعى شدن حضور لورانت در اين تيم را داد.
