Which players would you include in Team Melli squad if you were the new coach?

My question is, which players (Legionnaires/IPL/Foreignbased) would you include in your squad if you were the newly elected Coach. Mention the players you would like to have included in the team and maybe a little explanation of why you would like to include them.

I would personally like to see Etemadi included since Goalkeeping is one of the major weakneses i feel we have. So i would like to see a european trained keeper who we could feel comfortable having in goal. Im not mentioning him jsut because he is foreign based but because of the tremendous season he has been having or had as well as european experience which is usually always a plus!

Also 1 note, I hope whoever the new coach is...Will have dicipline in the team and use FIT Youngsters in our League instead of benched Euro players

Seriously, In these situations Mobali,Navidkia,Jabbari etc should be taken over Teymorian etc...

Mahdavikia and Hashemian should just not even be in the squad...

Thats all ii want from a coach, A coach who will give Amraei and Mosalman and all young players shining in our league a fair chance....

Have a Van Basten Attitude and why not build a whole team on just IPL stars..I am sure even thoose would build a strong team for the World Cup Qualifiers...

He's already stated his desire for playing in the swedish NT and now after the end of the swedish season and his impressive performances, being the best player of a highly disappointing Malmö FF and being chosen in the all star team of the season by many swedish papers, the swedes have seriously noticed him too and he's just a phone call away from making his debut.

Yes, I have seen every match of Borhani, I think he is a fast player, he doesn't make his chances to goals but if he works a bit on him he would be a good striker for TeamMelli... btw, he has already shot 2 or 3 goals in this season...

I am not familiar with all the young players that some of you have suggested, but having watched a few IPL games lately, I have spotted a few potential talents. My favourite is Milad Maydavoudi.

I too think that the time has arrived to look into the youth and build a TM based on local talent. Stars of the past like, Mahdavikia, Hashemian, Karimi, and a few others should no longer be invited to TM.

Apart from the usual suspects like Nekounam etc. I'd definitely invite the players doing well in the league like Khalili, Mahmoud Karimi, Navidkia, Mohammad Nouri, Marziar Zare, Jalal Akbari, Pejman Nouri, Sheyz Rezaei and others.
