good to see fekri is in the coaching staff, but i must say reza hassanzadeh did really well when he was our defense coach! hope fekri can fill in his spot although hassanzadeh was immensely experienced internationally and was one of irans best defenders in his times.

i dunno how ghalenoi and navazi can look at each other after navazi made those comments last year about ghalenoi and marfavi.

alizadeh is sitting lonely near the goal post knowing his chances of playing now are zero :D

i wonder who is gonna be ghalenois assisstant in the absence of marfavi?? varmarziyar? or fekri?? fekri has a strong character compared to marfavi however for some reason, i dont think his name suits him cos the way he talks and acts, he doesnt really come across as smart and intelligent compared to samad marfavi. wat fears me is that fekri is a bit ghod like ghalenoi himself and the 2 of them coaching might get scary! :fear:

damn, i missed the wind international game.
yadesh bekheyr, i remember the rakhtkan of the iranian club in dubai so well. the stadium is small, max 20,000 capacity i remember.
there used to be a pepsi machine where that wind international GK is standing in this pic, i guess they have removed it now.
on the left where the guy is standing with his mobile was where our coach stayed. on the right where ghorbani and montazeri are standing is the changing room for the 2 teams, the showers, bathroom and store room. there were 2 bathrooms that time both of which where "irani style" (not "farangi") and the doors had no locks and there was no soap :rofl:

These are the pictures I took when I visited the Isteqlal's camp in Turkey. Camp was in the Green Park area an hour south west of Izmit. Izmit in turn is an hour south East of Istabul. I have a map that I will scan that shows the Green Park area in Turkey.

This didn't work. I need to figure this out. It complains that picture dimensions aren't right and I need to manually fix the dimensions. I figure this out.
Team was working on the conidtioning in the Turkey. I visited the Camp on Wed July 23rd. That day team held 3 practices and in the morning they ran about 10-12 kms according to the physical conditioning coach Dr. Hamid Khodada (different from Ahmad Khodad who worked with Homa).
Team also played two friendly games against a Turkish team that won 2-1 and tied an Azari team 1-1 (I think Naftchi under the former Paykan player Ramiz Mohamadav).

When I visited the Esteghlal Camp in Turkey, based on the one on ones talks I had with many of the players and coaching staff, I realized, that despite some of being religious, they weren't Hezbollahi at all. I can't share the one on one discussions due to the fact that these people went back to Iran adn this might cause problems for them. But I heard comments first hand from the mouth of the one of the coaching staff (that Ala claimed is Hezbollahi or even member of Savama, that I was so surprised, he so openly was criticial of the government). Despite the image that one can take from looking at these pictures at Jamkaran, being religious and having religious beliefs is different from being Hezbollahi.

We live outside Iran and don't realize 28 years of the propaganda of the Islamic Republic and tough living conidtions inside Iran has increased the influence of religion in day to day life of Iranian people, but it is different from being a regime supporter or Hezbollahi

Tried to download them, but the pictures are high quality (large files) and their dimensions are too large. When I tried to upload them, PFDC site didn't allow me to upload them. It gave me a message like dimension are too large ro something. I think I need to use photoshop or something to save them in lower quality and also shrink their size or chop them somehow. I just came back and combination of being sick , busy and laziness didn't allow me to do all that stuff. Sorry, about that, I do it over the weekend. Because it seems it is a several hour project. Unless someone (like Kaveh or anyone else who) who is handy with photo upload can help me out. I am willing to email the pics to anyone who wants it too. Send me an PM with your email address and I will email the pics to you. The only thing the pics are large files 3-4 megabyte each pictures (high quality). So I have to send them in several emails.
