Its a simple fact, we have serious managerial problem and if we want even the slightest success for our football we must act now or else the future will be tarnished.

The world revolves around money. Where there is money, people will come. Same goes for managers in football. Simple isn't it.

get a Import coach with experience who can do well with the players we have, and as everyone else knows we can be a very strong side with the right coaching, strategy and discipline

fire evewryone at IFF if you can..
get a new coach from outside of Iran (not necessarily a foreign but one who was not involved with irans football mafia)..
I say Mehran Molkara is the best choice for head coach.. for body training get a pro...

We need a quality foreign coach in right away to start his work in the name of Troussier, Metsu, Macala etc who have all experience coaching in the middleeast....

All of them if am correct are available..Macala failure with Bahrain aswell as Metsu fauilure with UAE

i kinda don't like the idea of having a foreign coach! i just think that there will be a lack of communication, someone has to be there always to translate, then the difference in culture could lead up to maybe argument or something and most of all it kinda takes away the whole pride. knowing that you have to rely on a foreigner to lead us to success and not having a persian coach sucks. and he is from a different country, it's not like if he'll give a dam, he wouldn't care if we will get embarrassed. yeah GN did the same thing but that is because we brought in not a high quality coach.

we can never use or have a A coach properly. simply because of mulah's willingness to spent $$$$. and even we get a PRO coach like Fabio Capello, he needs pro environment to work in. so i think we should get a decent coach as soon as possible.

We shouldn't rush things again. Keep GN until we can find a GOOD foreign coach.

A good coach for TM would be Afshin Ghotbi

His work experience is also good
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afshin_Ghotbi

He is Iranian so we would have no troubles with communication
He will also care about TM performance

When ii think about it..Someone said Lothar Matheus Before nd when i think about it i belive he would make a fantastic headcoach for Iran

He is world known and unproven at the biggest levels in the World...
I think its about time Iran gets a A-Class coach...We can get them....
