lol yea my bad! So we would have three good strikers, borhani, bayatinia and shafiei if he signs, and we are probably goin to play hejazis favourite 4-4-2 so one of them is goin to sit on the bench next to alizade!...

Yea maziar is a very talented player could be a great signing! Its also good another defensive player added to the squad with Kheiri, now that ansarian left! But dont think we will get any problems in the defensive area, havin sadeghi,ghorbani and montezari

I think Shahin Kheiri is a Defensive Midfielder...
shahin kheyri IS a DM, too bad he didnt get much play time in esteghlal when kazemi was there. so he left.
he was ok, not bad considering most of the DMs left in iran arent any better.
but i did rather we take abolhail from sepahan now that kazemi went there.

shafei is good, he has good potential, shoots, heads and moves into spaces.
i think he is just slow.

again, one of the better strikers considering the strikers LEFT in iran.

I was sure Es Es would not be getting Kolah Kaj, And i did tell so to Agha Kasra....

Maziar Zareh on the other hand..I doubt you will be seing play for another IPL Club other then Malavan...Its either UAE or Europe for him....

He has said himself, In Iran..Only Malavan....If not Malavan then Europe

AND The only way he would transfer to Persian Gulf would be if the money for his transfer would make Malavan a better club...

If sepahan is after him it would be great. I hope things workout for him. he has a lot to offer. The problem with our current system is that it sometimes crushes players confidence. not because our current system is competitive but because it doesn't care about supporting players with a talent.

im not very optimistic, although we bought some good players, but we also lost some crucial players like kazemi, bao and akbarpour and also nikbakht and enayati the year before. jabbari's fate also remains unclear.

if we get bakhtiyarizadeh, then i think its better if we play sohrab as DM. he has good distribution skills and has good offensive power, although having him behind means adding some experience in our defense.

Bayati nia is a very inconsistant player IMO. He is brilliant in a few games adn then nothing. Same can be said about Borhani. I admit Bayati Nia had a good season in Paykan last year, but time will show. I hope I am wrong though for EsEs sake.

kasra most the new ss signings got somewhere between 100-150 million toman and when you add all that up, it's proximately 1 billion toman spent on players...and I have no problem with that as long the players stay in the IPl and impove the quality of the league instead of flying to UAE the very next season and IPL doesn't get much out of it....this method of course is a waste of money, our clubs have no system of collecting revenues and of course IR would never let the big two free other wise only God knows how much financial potential there is for Perspolis and esteghlal, even in a country like Iran.

FIFA regulations say that if a player is sold all his former clubs where he also played as a youth player can request a percentage of the transfer fee.

complaint. it is interesting that Qalenoi told him Kaabi is overaged and he

in iran, its traditional that the captain is the player with the longest history in the team, so i guess it would be mansourian, then navazi, then ghorbani. im pretty sure that that's how its also gonna work throughout the season. imo mansourian makes a great captain. hes very popular, has the necassary experience, and of course, bozorgtare teame so the youngster would look up to him. but he's not a 90 minute player. i definitely wouldnt pick talebloo cuz i simply dont see it in him; and jabbari needs more experience imo.

Hmmz, I think Ghorbani deserves it more than Navazi, he never left us, plays with whole his heart, and is a great leader. On the other hand, Navazi is a good player too, and nothing will take his love from Esteghlal away, but I think Ghorbani is a better leader than Navazi...

I thing that Ghorbani has strong character and charisma to be a leader, more than Navazi and Jabbari. I think if we give the Captainband to Jabbari (as the main captain), there will be too much pressure on him, which will screw his gameplay. IMO, it should be Mansourian (when he is in), Ghorbani, Navazi, Jabbari

Esteghlal today played another friendly. When I talked to Tehran they were up 2-0 and Shafie scored ? Anyone has more news? The opposition was a first divison or a second division team I think. My cousin was watchign the game and he told me the Macedonian guy "Orsoovitch" is pretty good. Supposedly he is very thin but a real fighter in DM (of course too early to judge based on one game only).
