1. Roudbarian has proven that HE SHOULD BE THE nr 1 goalkeeper for the asian cup! IM ALMOST GOING TO SAY THAT I WANT HIM TO BE THE CAPTAIN OF TM because of the way he hold the defence together! HE HAS KEPT A CLEAN SHEET ON HIS GOAL the WHOLE TOURNAMENT!! He had so many nice saves which really held iraq from scoring!I HOPE GHALENOEI was watching this match!

2. Seyed jalal hosseini WHAT A DEFENDER ! HIS TACKLES ARE SO PRECISE AND has great timing! HE CLEARED EVERY SINGLE BALL WHICH CAME HIS WAY! HE SHOULD DEFINATLY HAVE A SPOT IN TM's DEFENCE and as A SWEEPER HE COULD BE GREAT!

3. Mobali in the last two matches have really impressed me which is not something new because we all knew that he was cabable of doing great on the field. His passes and decision making where brilliant and his positioning, i mean he was a real playmaker which was all over the pitch! great to see him back in form!

2. The ref. kicked the ball in the middle of play which changed posession.

This new coach sucks, Iraq need to stick to local coaches. Jorvan Vieira put in 3 players in the 2nd half who should have started the game (Hawar, Salih, Karrar), after all it's a final!

no, unlike many here, i always give credit where its due!
roudbarian was tested in 1 game only and he did very well. the other games which included palestine, jordan, belarus (1st half) he wasnt really tested.

oh yea, he was tested against costa rica as well before the worldcup and i think his performance was poor there.

but today, he was amazing! :bow:

he needs to be tested more but the problem is we dont have enough friendlies. we have against jamaica & ghana left and maldives. im assuming talebloo will start in atleast 1 or 2 of those games since he is the only one who hasnt played in the friendlies yet. if talebloo impresses as well, then its gonna be hard for the coaches to decide who to play.

i think jalal hosseini was the main one. he was consistent in all the games, solid!
he can start in TM, maybe ahead of sadeghi as well!

badamaki and roudbarian were both pleasant surprises. im glad they impressed here inspite of not doing so at club level. however, roudbarian was actually tested in 1 game, which was difficult and he was excellent, but nevertheless, it was only 1 game.
badamaki however, impressed me in all 3 games he played. he has always been the type of player who scores goals which most iranian players dont!
mashalla, im glad he is on form :bow:

beygzadeh is also hungry. another great product of gholamhossein peyrovani.
he and ravankhah are the 2 hottest products of farj at the moment and im sure they will leave for a better team this season.

the rest were also good, shapourzadeh was decent, he did have good tactical knowledge and professional attitude and mentality specially in passing and moving into empty spaces.
rajabzadeh really worked hard upfront alone, im not sure if even hashemian could run so much. his passing and scoring was also noticeable.

sheys was inconsistent, sometimes great, sometimes frustrating, shiri same, played well most of the time but at times the difference between him and hosseini was clearly visible.
ashoubi, rahmati and mobali all tried hard but frankly, i dont think they were anything special, atleast compared to our main roster.

alenemeh, bao, meydavoudi were also good. all made good debuts, they would have got more play time had the 7 players from TM not been invited to TM B.
