what happens if sepahan wins the asian championship?

this is my question,
what happens if sepahan wins the asian championship? then will iran have 3 teams in asia next year? if so who will be the 3rd? saba battery or est-ahvaz? is there a written rule or it will be decided if it happens?
and last question, if it is est-ahvaz, what happens if the team is sold? (there was a rumor that a rich tehrani guy may buy est-ahvaz) will the new team go to asian club championship or ipl's 3rd team (persepolis)? or saba battery?

I want to say something:

Normally, i think that Saba Battery should be "fairly" be in AFC CL for next season IF Sepahan wins the AFC CL Title!

Why?

Because Sepahan becomes Champion in Hazfi Cup! Because they become champion in this cup, the second placed should than play in AFC CL (in Germany it is as well so, i think in europe in general!)
If Sepahan won the IPL League and for Example Saipa won the Hazfi Cup THAN - and ONLY THAN - Esteghlal Ahvaz should play in AFC CL and not second placed Hazfi Cup Team (Saba for example) because than Sepahan win the IPL Championship, and the second should be in AFC CL.

But i also prefer to see Esteghlal Ahvaz in CL as i count them better as Saba, and count that they can achieve more as Saba in AFC CL.

But normally it´s not fair, but it is Iran guys :D

A good think would be:

If Saba and Esteghlal play one, or two (home &. away) Match, and the winner should than play in AFC CL.

But today they said after the final, that the rule is that Est. Ahwaz to play in AFC CL, it is so based on the rules...
