Shahrokhi should have never been selected as PAS's coach, now, after weeks of not getting resutls, he is still at the job and that shows you how things work in Iran, as long as you know an insider, you are secured a job, no matter what your record is. If Jalali had stayed, PAS would be in a much better shape today, they are almost in relegation zone people, wake us PAS fans, even tho there are a few of them. ;)

واقعيت اين است كه از شاهرخى ديگر در مسائل فنى چيزى نمانده. او مى خواهد كدام نكته فنى را به شاگردانش بياموزد؟ سؤال اين است چطور پاسى ها حاضر شدند آزموده را دوباره بيازمايند. شايد اگر به جلالى فرصت بيشترى مى دادند او مى توانست پاس را حداقل به كمركش جدول برگرداند. بياييد دوباره به نيمكت اين فصل پاس نگاهى بيندازيم. جز همايون خان شاهرخى، نصرت ايراندوست هم هست. اگر سن اين دو مربى را با هم جمع بزنيم از يك قرن هم تجاوز مى كند. اين يعنى كه از نيروى جوانى و خلاق روى نيمكت پاس خبرى نيست. ايراندوست هم در ملوان كارنامه اش روشن است . او با ملوان چه كرد؟ شايد بهتر باشد قبل از پاسخ به اين سؤال ها به اين سؤال جواب دهيم كه اين ۲ پير فوتبال طى سال هاى اخير كدام كلاس هاى جديد مربيگرى را گذرانده اند و چقدر با تاكتيك هاى روز دنيا آشنا شده اند؟ شاهرخى و ايراندوست هرچه دارند براى ساليان نه چندان نزديك است . حال با اين اوضاع از پاس چه توقعى مى توانيم داشته باشيم؟ شكل بازيهاى پاس نشان مى دهد كه اين تيم مدام در طول بازى دچار چالش تاكتيكى است و به رغم داشتن نيروهاى جوان و با انگيزه با فقدان هدايت صحيح و به روز از روى نيمكت روبرو است. خيلى بعيد است پاس در دو بازى كه پيروزى در آن براى حريفانش حكم امضاى سند قهرمانى دارد بتواند امتيازى به دست آورد. شما فكر مى كنيد سايپا و استقلال حاضر شوند حتى يك امتياز از امتيازهاى نازنينشان را به پاس واگذار كنند. پاسى ها اگر بمانند - كه براى ماندن بايد دعا كنند- براى فصل بعد بايد به فكر تغييرات جدى برروى نيمكتشان باشند. آنها اگر هم نمى توانند بى خيال جناب شاهرخى شوند بهتر است همان كارى را بكنند كه دادكان با او انجام داد. يعنى تراشيدن پستى كاملاً فرمايشى براى مردى كه به پايان دوران مربيگرى اش رسيده است. مثلاً مدير فنى تيم يا حتى سرپرست.
ايراندوست هم به خاطر اينكه ديگر تيم ها برايش پيشنهادى ندارند بهتر است به انزلى برگردد و ازتلويزيون فوتبال را دنبال كند. فوتبال ايران نياز به هواى تازه دارد. نياز به مربيان جوانى دارد تا بتوانند پوسته سنتى آن را بشكافند و افق هاى جديد و حرفه اى را بر رويش بگشايند. حالا نسل دايى ها و عزيزى ها مى آيند و شاهرخى ها و ايراندوست ها بهتر است صحنه را خالى كنند تا چرخ فوتبال راه خود گيرد. اين البته اتفاق غريبى نيست چه در مورد شاهرخى ها و ايراندوست ها هم ساليان بسيار دور رخ داده و ديگران رفته اند تا انها به صحنه آيند.
بسيارى معتقدند اگر اين مربيان قدر خود را بيشتر بدانند و با قناعت به پست هاى مشاوره اى تجربياتشان را در اختيار مديرعامل ها و سرمربيان جوان قرار دهند بهتر از آن است كه با سرنوشت تيم ها در مقام سرمربى بازى كنند. هم اكنون انتقاداتى در جامعه فوتبال از سرمربى با شخصيت و بى سروصداى پاس مطرح مى شود كه اصلاً به صلاح او نيست پس بهتر است تا كار به جاهاى باريكتر كشيده نشده عنان كار را به يك جوان امروزى بسپارد.

It's a fact that in today's football, every team that loses its competitive edge can be relegated, whether it is Pas, SS or PP. Names can't keep you floating on the water; if you can't swim, you'll sink.

A team can be successful only when it has a competent and balanced management. As I said before Pas's problem is not Shahrokhi. It's the short-sighted new management (Ghiasi) who doesn't have a clue how to run a professional club like Pas. As his first major decisions, he let (read encouraged) Denizli and some of the key players leave the club. Then by replacing Jalali with Shahrokhi he showed how clueless he is about football. Pas needs someone like Ajoorlou under whom pas grew and flourished enormously.

jalali lacks confidence ofcourse he is way worse than sharokhi.shahrokhi although himself was a former pas player and he feel more responsible about pas than any other iranian coach and for your info pas with 28 matches 28 matches 7 win 11 draws and ten loses has 32 not 31 and is in 12th place although things will get change since we see the last 2 matches as 2 finals.and even teams that are defending the championship they dont change the coach more than once even they know they r in danger of losing the champion and this is what exaxtly what we see in this season's iran's football
