If i was Irff boss... (an trainer too :D )
First for TM :
- do in all the fifa's date, an amical game. Maybe the great teams will be busy but there's always a team whitout match in that day...
- Create four centers of formations for Team Melli in Tehran, Esfahan, Ahvaz, Mashad... All the summer, during between 2 weeks and 1 months, youngs iranians players can train there and supervisors of the staff can see them, it'd be good for seeing new talents and the young can have the hope that if they play good, they'll be professional (IPL supervisors come too, you'll see in the end of my text) !
- Call all the Iranians forgeiners THE MOST FASTER POSSIBLE (Dejagah, Dayyani, Eskandarian if he never played for US...) who have talent and who never played with TM, and let them play a stupid match like Iran-Laos or Iran-Taiwan just for the appareance, and then if they play good they will be called for the future matchs too...
- I would look the betters options for the best job of the team, like Mobali, i must take him, he is good, i don't care about Daei's or others players problems... If Daei said "i won't sponsorise the team if you take Mobali..." OK, but i don't want to be sponsorised by you if it's like that and you CAN go out because here it's me the boss...
- i'd play OFFENSIVE game, who's the best option for Team Melli, don't be fear against Great Teams like Holland, Brazil,... Play with our qualities (offensive) is better than play with our defaults (defense). With that, every thing is possible...
- Never say never, if we play in final of world cup, must be confiant at 100% and don't fear... If there is player like Nosrati i would take psy, it's the solution, he have talent, but it's his mental problem...
- Dont underistimate little teams, be confiant @ 100% against all teams, but don't underestimate, like Iran 0-1 Jordan... and also play always @ 110%, if you are lazy you are in the bench... I want that all the players become like Mehdi Mahdavikia, run, run, run, run... Work, work, work, work...
- Our objectives is win, as much in WAFF than in WC... We must be winner in your heads and then we should be winner in the field.
IRFF FOR IPL :
- Send Money to all the teams, for the grass of the stadium, for me grass of Ghandi is ugly for playing football, it's the more important...
- Improvement of formations centers for young players...
- Try to call more supporters than now, 90% of the stadiums are empty...
- Professionalise the lowers leagues, like Iran First Division, etc... Dont be focalised in IPL...
- 18 teams not 16 teams.
- Economic recompense for IPL win or Hafzi cup win or Iran First Division too !
- 5 foreings accepted no 4.
- Recompense for Best IPL Team of the year, and include a Fair-play price, with economic recompense (for stop mafia like Parvin and Ebrahimi did...)
- Send the supervisors of ALL the IPL's clubs to see the four centers of formations that i said in the begin of my text, like that young poor who have not hope in the life can be football professionals !
- Try to improve economic of the teams, the teams must be with private president, not like Bargh Shiraz with electricity company, not like Foolad STEEL industry,...
- Try to be independant than the regime, the boss is IRFF President and not minister of Sports...
- Open trainers school; try to create more teams ,and divisions, like 6th division of Iran... Try to call more youngs for play football after school... it's better that they go to football club than in the street, it's why i would create clubs, lower divisions and new trainers for coach them...
- for IPL's games, 1$ the entry in stadium (3$ for derby like PP-SS, Zobahan-Sepahan, SS Ahvaz-Foolad, etc... ) , and free for lower divisions, with that maybe more spectators will come, ADMIT THE GIRLS IN THE STADIUMS, EVERYBODY CAN COME IN STADIUM, and it will double the numbers of spectators...
