Looking at Pas(Denizli) & Perspolis(Haan) successful foreign coaches, I think Esteghlal is also in need of a good foriegn coach to lead them to glory days.
What do you think?

that is the thing about iranians........only things that are foreign are good?
why? im sure there are amazing iranian coaches out there only avoided and pushed aside for foreign ones

they can compete with the other teams. their iranian coach is good enough.
they also dont have a stronger team than pas or perspolis and still they are nearly stronger.

Why would they need a forign coach when they are the top club in the country right now?
Just because there was a not so great performance by the club recently and a stupid comment made by the coach doesn't neccesarily mean he's not good enough. Sure blaming an unsatisfactory performance of your team on someone else is not good, but they have achieved results and are one of the better teams in the IPL right now.
A forign coach may boad well in some respects but if I were running SS right now, I would keep Ghalenoie.

they need a coach that doesnt justify wins or losses by saying "AGHA EMAM ZAMAN KOMAK KARD!!!!!"

Why are we even asking these sorts of questions? If someone would say yes, then it would mean that Iranian coaches(in this case, Ghalenoie) are better than foreign coaches and that there is NOTHING a good foreign coach can do to improve. How many times have Ghalenoie failed? chocked? been red carded? complains about mysterious "hands behind the scenes"? Give Esteghlal to someone like Haan, Denzili and even Begovic give them freedom to do their job and you'll see what ESES can do, you'll see how many young players they'll develope. Whatever your view might be, just look at what Begovic did to Foolad and even now with Pegah. Pas is playing great with Denzili even if they lost their heart an soul (Nekounam) but most importantly, just look what Haan has done with Perpolis in ONE month. Bring someone good from Sout America, give him time and patience and you'll see how Pers and ESES will dominate Asian Football.
Its not to be a forign coach or an Iranian one.
I'll tell you the problem (not just in iran, in arab countrys too). the players dont have enough respect for the coach if he is from their own country and when you bring a forign one the players are scarred and listen to everything he says, plus for a forign coach this is a job but for the iranian its just football.
Rememmber what haan did to that player who didnt listen to him then Hamid steely tryed to change Haans decision? just an example.

How have respect in a man who don't have respect (Ghaleinoei) ...
The foreigns coach are more professional, not all, but names like Haan & Denizli are know in the World, they have did great things, and they have EXPERIENCE, it's very important! They are very professional...

You know what I think about fans judging a coach, but looking at the players Ghalenoi has and had available and that he failed to win one single title in his spell as coach doesn't quite suggest he's an outstanding coach.
Foreign or not, if SS doesn't win IPL once again, Ghalenoi should be replaced.

I agree, and I am not contridicting my post above. SS being a very historic club, with the amount of fan support they have, expectations should be high. Not just finishing in the top 3 on the table, but winning the IPL and nothing less!

Yeah he should be replaced by one of Branko's brothers..Maybe with the same precious players es es has ,the new coach would make them ACL champions..
What players ur talking about anyway?Sadeghi,Ghorbani,Baoo,Kazemi,Ebrahimi,Taleb lou and etc, where all unknown and they grew in Es es under Ghalenoii's coaching..
Es es has only 2 strikers in the whole squad, Ghalenoii has to keep both of them on the pith no matter how they perform..
Nikbakht who is an asset has been playing like crap recently..
Ur talking as if Es es brought some players from Bundesliga or premier league..

Esteghlal has an outstanding player roster this season. With Jabbari, MVP candidate, being there in the middle, with Vahedi, Enayati, and Akbarpour being upfront, with AmirAbbadi, Gilaouri, and Majidi being in the wings, with having solid defense from Fekri, Sadeghi, Ghorbani, and with having both keepers from TM, anything less than championship would be a failure and should be pointed toward the coach. In fact ALL the players I mentioned are in TM level (well .... almost), and if it was in old days, almost all of them would be invited to TM (of course except Gilaouri which is the best left winger we have in Iran). The policy of keeping TM mixed from many clubs is the only reason Esteghlal don't have 8-9 TM players.
I wonder what a coach like Denizli or Haan would have done with this set of great players ...
And the sad part is Galenoei is probably one of our top 5 Iranian coaches we have, and the best choice Esteghlal could have as an Iranian coach. To be fair he has helped Esteghlal a lot and has brought several youngsters into this team to grow ...

U just reveal ur own ignorance..Who's on top of the table?
And if any of the teams u mentioned don't win the title ,they must sack their coaches??
Pas with great facilities and goof financial support by government ,private stadium ,good foreign coach and no HASHIE are behind es es my friend!
And don't forget that es es has been struggling with financial problems for 2 or 3 seasons now..

I don't wish to answer for Martin Reza jaan, but here's my opinion.
Esteghlal is a too big club with too much prestige, fans and opportunities to be "number 2" (or below) constantly. There's a lot of quality in their squad, and Ghalenoi hasn't reached anything of significance in his career yet. We'll see how this year's IPL ends. If they are successful and will win, while performing well in AFC CL next season, then maybe Ghalenoi should stay a little longer. If not, the Esteghlal officials must act and replace him.

That's it. The main point is the "constantly". It's not his first season with SS. It can happen once, or even twice, but failing numerous times should make people think.
But again, maybe this is his year. If not, and that's what I say, I don't think it would be a mistake replacing him.

I'm not saying Ghalenoi has done wonders with Esteghlal,But I'm just saying they r the best team in Iran right now, whether u agree or not..
Pas is wayyyyyyyy too inconsistent..one day they win 7-1 the other day they lose 0-3...That goes for Saipa too..
Es Es has never lost by that margin this season..They have the best defence in IPL and if it wasn't for an inexperienced sar be hava Akbarpour es es could have won more matches..
And if Esteghlal was too big with too much prestige they would atleast act like other prestige clubs in the world n wouldn't let their players salaries payments to be delayed which could eventually influence their way of playing..
Anyway they'r still on top n i don't get why u guys r 100% sure that they'll lose the title again...

you should add Foulad to the list, they go down 7-1 and then win 6-0 another day...
