sagnol deserved the 5 ...
I 've watched the game 3 times ... the 2nd half of course ... AND I COULD ASSURE you that sagnol did not want to pass to an EMPTY KARIMI ... so many chances where ali was WIDE OPEN in front of the net behind the box . etc ...
I'm not being a loser 11 year old kid who knows nothing ... but he passed so often to salihamdzich (sp?) .. not EVEN ONCE TO ALI ...Demi was the once who passed the ball on the right to ALI . 2 times ...

i didnt see the last karimi game(if still there is a way,,someone please hook me up with some info)
but the milan game i watched and it was the best karimi i have seen in years, it seems like every touch tuned in to gold (except a couple aimless forward passes towards the end in hopes of finding a winner)
most importantly i noticed a great confidence in his play which considering the situation was very commendable. I would give him a 2 min.
i must agree i also notice an aversion by especially sagnol towards passing the ball to open karimi on at least a couple of occation, especially when it was obvious he was in top form in the game.
i wonder if this clown sagnol has a problem with iranians, did you notice his dirty and hateful (hacking) play in perspolis game also, i think he had a go with madanchie in that game .:rolleyes:

Well the 3,5 for Karimi is fair. He didn't create anything on the flanks, that's why he didn't get a better grade.

he definitely deserved a 3, ballack didnt deserve a 2.5, i mean his goal was breathtaking but that was pretty much all he did.

his score surprised me the most also. that was a clumsy asss hand ball which undeservedly gifted milan a draw, although a solid, physical player he has had way too many brain farted plays like that all year.
karimi was pure class and played the best i have seen him for byern so far.
yet he didnt get much support from players especially up top in the last 30 min or so it seemed that fcb was just playing for a draw and they were too afraid of loosing, except for ballack and karimi and demichelis and lahm everyone else was playing scared.

hasan was the best player for munich,
all newspapers and web sites plus tv mentioned that he was great.
Karimi was okay but again in europe no one cares how many times you dribbel
all it counts is that you can pass and karimi had terrible passing
So simple is that
with dribbling you dont win games but with world class passing yes

I'm sorry, I saw NOTHING special from Salihasdfsaldsadfsdf - whatever his name is. He gave a couple of bad passes, ran too much with the ball, and looked very awkward. Karimi seemed way better, and actually did put in a couple of dangerous balls on the flank. Had Ballack put in his header cross so to speak, i gaurantee his grade would have come down to a 3, or 2,5.

I reviewed the entire game last night and thought Karimi played well. He was very active on the defensive end and had multiple take aways from the opponents. He didn't do much on the offensive end and made some poor crosses and long passes.

I hope Karimi plays this active with TM. I have not seen him work so hard ever. I am really proud of Karimi and hope he keeps trying hard.

yah on def ali was pretty good, i was impressed on how well he read passes and took the ball away from skilled players like serginho and seedorf
but on offence he did not do anything except that pass header to ballack and a dribble passe serginho
