People in Kicker are like those Arabs in UAE. The only thing they see is scoring. I read Mobali's interview, he says no matter how many passes and amazing things you do, if you don't score, they assume that you haven't done anything. Kicker is the same, Mahdavikia was really good but not amazing, but they made it to team of the week because he scored the decisive goal. If Hashemiand had scored a goal and had performed worse, his grade could be something like 2-3
