He will sign a 3 month contract only worth 100.000 Dollars
His Iraqi club did not want to release him due to AFC CL coming up but according to press Ghalenoi was very impressed with the young striker..

Well he isnt such a player that deserves what 500.000...
+ He is coming from a Iraqi club where he probably is getting even less then that...And its only 3 months so take it easy and dont expect Esteghlal to pay much...

It doesn't matter mate, if IPL is as "professional"and is "improving" as you say it is then why the hell are u comparing them to the Iraqi league. IPL should provide more funds to the clubs and facilities. Stop living in a fantasy. IPL is *** ... Branco.
EDITED - please don't use such a direct insult towards a TM official. I'm sure there are other ways to make clear that you don't think he's a good coach.

Translation: Loay Salah has joined Esteghlal for this season. He has transfered from Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya (Air Force Club) to Esteghlal for $100,000 for one season. At first Air Force Club rejected the offer because Loay had NT responsibilities with the West Asian Games participation. He received this offer as one of the offers he received after his good showing in the West Asian Games. He has rejected other offers such as one from Qatar. Article also talks about how the Iranian league is one of the strongest in Asia, and that Esteghlal is not only a leading team in Iran, but in Asia and has had many achievements in the past. He now joins the many other Iraqis in the IPL: Ahmed Kadhum, Abdul-Wahab Abul-Heil, Ahmed Ali, Haider Abdul-Qadir, and Ghaith Abdul-Ghani.
Last reports I heard is that he's just on loan, and that he will be back with Air Force club for the ACL.

ey baba badbakht shodim
You think $100,000 for 3 months is not a lot of money? That translates into $400,000 almost half a million in a year. How can some suggest that this is not a lot of money? Good for our Iraqi friend, hope he shines in the IPL.
Also, I'm sure that this was a picture of him being tested at Esteghlal so that's why he is wearing his own uniform. Esteghlal will not hand out uniforms to every player they're testing.
